- Maintenance Plans and Third-Party Monitoring: We create customized and regulation-compliant maintenance plans for you, which the operator can fully document and execute in the office or on a mobile device. You also have real-time visibility into the results of third-party monitoring.
- Renovation and reinvestment: We are always informed via the database about any damage you have reported (including photos) and, in consultation with the operator, create a renovation plan as well as reinvestment plans.
