As a registered assessor with the Biomethane Register Austria, operated by AGCS, TÜV AUSTRIA carries out inspections of biomethane producers and confirms the evidence provided in the Biomethane Register.
Green electricity & biogas certification
Suppliers and distribution system operators in the field of renewable energy (green electricity, biomethane, etc.) want to prove to customers or authorities that the contractually agreed supply volumes of renewable energy are matched by corresponding generation volumes and feed-ins into the grid.
TÜV AUSTRIA inspects the entire chain from the power plant or biogas plant to distribution in the grid to the quantities sold to the end consumer, on the basis of measured values, invoices and contracts between all parties involved.
