How to obtain LEED certification: requirements and costs
To obtain LEED environmental certification, it is necessary adhere to all mandatory prerequisites, and get at least 40 points out of 110 via LEED credits.
The sum of the points obtained through credits determines the certification level achieved. (Certified, Silver, Gold or Premium).
