Ongoing Supervision for Building Owners

Technological progress is constantly bringing new products, technical innovations, standards, and legal regulations to the construction industry. However, it is nearly impossible for a building owner—or even a contractor—to keep track of all these developments.

Through “ongoing monitoring” by an independent inspection body—which involves a visual inspection—it is possible to identify planning-related or already existing defects as early as the planning or construction phase. Inspection dates are arranged directly with the building owner. Preferably, these take place on-site in the presence of the contractors. By identifying and addressing issues in a timely manner, this inspection saves time, money, and potential difficulties, as well as the need for clarifications resulting from retroactive repairs after the project’s completion.
