Our experience and use of radiographic pigging technology make us your ideal partner when it comes to non-destructive testing of welded joints in pipeline construction. Equipped with Gammamat Pipeline Crawlers in sizes M6 for pipe dimensions from DN150 to DN500 and M10 for pipe sizes up to DN1500, continuous weld seams on round seam welded pipes can be radiographed over a length of 2 kilometers. The advantage here is that only one image needs to be taken per weld seam. The exposure time is also greatly reduced by the central image acquisition arrangement.

Our automated ultrasonic testing procedures also complement our pipeline testing portfolio. Our procedures are aligned with common regulations such as DVGW GW 350 and DNV GL. The procedures are adapted and validated in accordance with customer specifications.
