Technical facilities contain a large number of pressure equipment, storage tanks, and pipelines that are subject to inspection. In Germany, these are subject to mandatory inspection by a approved inspection body (ZÜS – Zugelassenen Überwachungsstelle) or a qualified person employed by the operator. On average, around 80% of the equipment in a facility is inspected by a qualified person and only around 20% by the ZÜS.
We offer these inspections from a single source within the TÜV Austria Group. Our qualified personnel are supported by the experienced experts of the TÜV Austria Group.
In addition, our qualified personnel are also certified and qualified in the standard NDT procedures. This means that replacement tests, such as ultrasonic wall thickness measurements, do not need to be commissioned from other companies. For you, this results in considerable savings in terms of interfaces and costs.
Furthermore, we develop replacement test programs for pressure equipment and pipelines and also carry them out.
