In Central Europe, cathodic corrosion protection is primarily used in the repair of transportation infrastructure, such as bridges and parking garages. In principle, however, all types of structures whose reinforcement is exposed to chloride stress can be protected using cathodic corrosion protection.

In climates where particularly aggressive environmental conditions prevail (near the sea, in Saudi Arabia, etc.), but also in Central Europe, cathodic corrosion protection is already used as a preventive measure in new construction, thereby preventing corrosion of the reinforcement from the very beginning. We have been active in the field of preventive cathodic corrosion protection for many years and possess extensive project experience.

Notable projects include the preventive protection of industrial facilities and cooling towers in Saudi Arabia and the first parking garages with preventive corrosion protection in Germany.
