Regular inspection of CO warning systems in garages
Regular inspection of CO warning systems is crucial for the safe and reliable operation of your enclosed garage (underground garage or parking garage). Our recognized experts regularly check your CO warning system for fault-free function, effectiveness, and operational safety and support you in ensuring the reliable operation of your system.
In addition, we offer a wide range of services: from testing prior to commissioning and recurring inspections to the preparation of expert reports and support with approval procedures.
Reliably protect the users of your garage from poisoning
Regular testing of the CO warning system in your underground or multi-storey car park is necessary to prevent excessive CO concentrations, which can be harmful to health. We have the expertise to identify weak points before they become a problem and can assist you with approval procedures and operation. This enables you, as the operator, to reliably protect users from poisoning.
How often do I need to have my CO warning system checked?
CO warning systems must be checked and calibrated by a specialist company at least every six months (Austria) and readjusted if necessary.
These inspection intervals are specified in ÖNORM M 9419:
- Functional check at least quarterly: visual inspection and check of output functions (activation of ventilation and warning devices). This can be carried out by a trained person (e.g., caretaker, building technician, etc.).
- Inspection and readjustment at least every six months. This may only be carried out by qualified personnel.
