In the wake of dynamic growth and strategic acquisitions in recent years, TÜV AUSTRIA ITALIA S.p.A., a leading provider of testing, inspection, certification and training services in Italy, has opened its new offices in Piacenza.
The opening took place in the presence of Dr. Stefan Haas, CEO of TÜV AUSTRIA Group, and Dr. Reinhard Preiss, TÜV AUSTRIA Executive Vice President Europe.
The new office location in Viale del Commercio – where the activities of the two previous locations in Piacenza have now been merged – covers an area of 1,600 square meters and offers a modern, technologically networked working environment that meets the requirements of a dynamically growing company.
Flexible room concepts, natural lighting conditions and an open atmosphere are specifically geared towards collaboration and teamwork, while meeting rooms and communication zones promote interdisciplinary exchange and create an inspiring environment for innovation and development.
“By investing in our new business location, we are sending a clear signal for TÜV AUSTRIA’s long-term strategy in Italy,” emphasizes Crescenzo Di Fratta, Managing Director of TÜV AUSTRIA ITALIA S.p.A. and Country Manager of TÜV AUSTRIA in Italy. “The location supports us in expanding TÜV AUSTRIA’s presence in Italy in a targeted manner, further intensifying proximity to our customers and partners and is also a central building block for increased team building among our employees in Italy and with the entire group of companies.”
The Italian subsidiary of TÜV AUSTRIA has almost 200 full-time employees and around 250 external inspectors, auditors and testers working for its customers and partners.
