TÜV AUSTRIA Forests of the Future
1 Million Trees by 2030
With the “TÜV AUSTRIA Forests of the Future” project, the internationally active Austrian TÜV AUSTRIA Group has been sending a strong signal for climate protection and social responsibility since 2024. As a visible and long-term commitment to sustainability, the first company-owned forests were established in Romania, a key core market for TÜV AUSTRIA in Europe—pictured are Dr. Stefan Haas, CEO of the TÜV AUSTRIA Group (left), and Dr. Doru Fulga, Managing Director of TÜV AUSTRIA Romania.
In the immediate vicinity of TÜV AUSTRIA locations, the TÜV AUSTRIA Group has acquired large tracts of land that have been and continue to be systematically reforested.
