Dr. Georg Pöstinger, Austrian Ambassador to Egypt, visited the TÜV AUSTRIA sites in Alexandria and Sheikh Zayed.
During his visit, Ambassador Pöstinger was able to gain an impression of the important role played by TÜV AUSTRIA in the areas of testing, inspection, certification, quality assurance and training and further education in the Asia/Africa region. From its newly opened location in Alexandria, TÜV AUSTRIA Egypt has become a sought-after partner in the country’s largest cargo port with its comprehensive cargo inspections, and its expertise contributes greatly to the trust between exporters and traders.
With its own in-house minerals laboratory, TÜV AUSTRIA provides its customers with local and international knowledge and precise analyses in the mining, production and environmental industries.
From Egypt, TÜV AUSTRIA Egypt is now rolling out its services to Uganda, Cameroon, Tanzania and the Ivory Coast in addition to the attractive and growing domestic market and North Africa.
