Our technicians have decades of experience in testing of cableway components and periodic testing of hauling, traction and support cables by means of magnetic-inductive testing.
Services
- Magnetic inductive testing in the accredited sector as well as visual inspection of ropeway cables, bridge cables, guy ropes, and cable crane ropes with diameters ranging from 6 mm to 80 mm
- Testing of cables in accordance with EN 12927:2019, EN 12927-8:2004, Wire Rope Regulations 1973, 3rd edition (DSB 80), and Ski-tow guidelines 1999
- Non-destructive testing in accordance with nspection Regulation (SeilbÜV 2013 – Annex 2)
- Measurement data management in our database for historical analysis of inspection results
Measurement equipment
- Testing magnets for rope diameters from 6 mm to 80 mm
- Database with evaluation software for residual service life assessment
- NDT equipment as required
